License Types

Permitted Uses

• You may use the Plugin for both personal and commercial projects, subject to your license type.
• You may modify the Plugin for integration into your projects.
• You may include the Plugin as part of a larger product you sell or distribute, provided it is not the primary focus.
• You may share the Plugin with collaborators actively working on the same project, as long as each user has a valid license.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin in its original or modified form.
• You may not share the Plugin with individuals or teams not actively working on your project.
• You may not use the Plugin in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.
• You may not use the Plugin to train or enhance generative AI models unless otherwise permitted.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights to the Plugin remain with NextLevelPlugins LLC. This license grants limited rights to use the Plugin, not ownership of the code or assets.

Updates & Support

All Plugin licenses include lifetime access to updates and basic support. Major version upgrades or premium features may be sold separately.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Plugin.
